By accessing or using the STAP platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

STAP is a global platform connecting businesses for trade, investment, and project collaboration opportunities. We facilitate connections but are not a party to any agreements between users.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One account per person or organization

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STAP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STAP and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where STAP is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
